Connected cameras and alarms are network devices. Their passwords, remote access, software, storage and configuration deserve the same attention as where they are fitted.
I bring that security mindset to a personal local service: clear advice, considered equipment and time spent making sure you can use it.

Where do you work?
Enquiries are welcome from Huddersfield, the Colne Valley, Holmfirth and nearby Yorkshire areas. We confirm travel and installer availability before agreeing a project.
Can you improve cameras I already have?
Yes. Tell us what is installed and what is not working well. Where practical, we can improve coverage, recording, remote access or alerts without replacing everything.
What does a system cost?
It depends on the property, camera coverage, cabling, recording and alarm requirements. You receive a scoped quote before equipment is ordered. Hardware, configuration, installation and ongoing charges are made clear.
Will there be a subscription?
Not necessarily. Local recording can be appropriate; cloud services, monitoring and some integrations may carry fees. We compare the options and disclose the costs before you decide.
Who installs it?
We handle the advice, equipment selection and configuration, and coordinate installation with a local electrician or the appropriate specialist. The proposal makes the responsibilities and costs clear.
Can I use Apple Home?
We can assess it as part of the plan. Support varies by device, and some equipment needs an additional bridge or is unsuitable. We explain any limitations before purchasing.
What about neighbours, staff and privacy?
We consider camera angles, privacy masking, audio settings, access and retention. Business systems and home cameras looking beyond your boundary can involve data-protection responsibilities. Read the ICO’s home CCTV guidance.
Do you provide a monitored alarm or police response?
Those services are not included by default. Tell us about insurer requirements or a need for monitoring so a suitable specialist arrangement can be considered before quoting.
