What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, town or postcode area, property type, service interest and message. We use this to assess and respond to your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. There is no marketing signup.

Please do not send passwords, alarm codes, sensitive footage or details of when your property is empty.

Spam protection and hosting

We use a temporary signed form token, a hidden spam field and submission limits. For rate limiting, a one-way keyed hash of your IP address and email is stored temporarily; it expires after one hour without another accepted submission. Used form tokens are deleted after two days. We rely on our legitimate interests in keeping this service secure and usable.

Enquiries are stored in a restricted administration area on our DigitalOcean-hosted server in London. Server security logs may include IP addresses and request details. Enquiry notifications are delivered to our business inbox through SMTP2GO. SMTP2GO processes the notification content and delivery information. We use Google Workspace for our inbox and correspondence. We do not sell enquiry data or share it for third-party marketing. Any international processing by our providers is subject to their applicable data-protection safeguards.

Retention and access

Form enquiry records are automatically removed after 180 days. If a project proceeds, relevant details may be transferred to customer records and kept for delivery, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. We only share the minimum necessary details with an installation partner when arranging an agreed project.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or restrict or object to certain processing. Some rights depend on the circumstances. Email us using the address above. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

This public enquiry page does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or a third-party CAPTCHA. Essential administration cookies apply only if an administrator logs in.
